How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

The bottom part of an egg that is added directly to the stovetop might be burned, which could cause a ruined texture in your omelet. Instead, heat the egg for 10 seconds in the microwave before placing it in the pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. Mix eggs well together. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Then, vigorously shake the bowl. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. The first step is to pour half of the milk in the beaten eggs. Next, fold the eggs into the remaining milk. Do not worry if you see streaks of egg; they will disappear when the omelet is flipped.

After folding the eggs fold the pan onto medium heat. When the oil starts to hot, wait for the pan to cook. When the oil is hot enough, add 1/4 cup butter to the pan. Stir it around until the butter covers the entire pan. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. Salt will prevent the omelet sticking to the pan.

Once the omelet forms, cover the pan again. Let the top side set completely. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the second side for a minute or so. Take out the omelet and place it in a bowl.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
