Omelets are my favorite breakfast dish. How do you make them perfect? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, put the egg in the microwave for 10 seconds before putting it into the pan. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. Mixing eggs together is important. You need to beat them well. You need to turn the bowl of the mixer upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This will whip the air around the bowl and mix the egg well.
