How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let us talk about how to mix the eggs. When mixing eggs, it is important to thoroughly beat them. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part - pouring the milk into the mixture. First, pour half of the milk into the beaten eggs and then fold the eggs gently into the remaining milk. Do not be alarmed if there are still egg streaks visible. Once the omelet flips, these streaks will disappear.

After you have folded your eggs, heat up the oil on medium heat. Wait for it to get hot. Once the oil begins to heat, add 1/4 cup butter and swirl the pan to coat it. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. An additional pinch of salt will prevent the omelet form sticking to your pan.

Once the omelet has formed, cover the pan again and wait for the top side to set completely. Flip the omelet by using a spatula. Cook the second side for a minute or so. Remove the omelet from the pan and serve immediately.

This recipe works best with whole milk, but skimmed milk also works.
